At Aurivita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
